Me being a Playstation fan since from the beginning, I would always choose playstation over xbox, from my knowladge xbox breaks down every 6months, unless you buy the new updated versions like the elite and whatever else they got next.but you still have to fork out for a new xbox if you’ve bought the old one, plus you have to buy wireless connecters and after all that you still have to sign up to a subscription for online gaming on xbox live(witch you pay for). Now the playstation is slightly more expensive but in my mind it’s worth it as i have a 60gig witch plays PS 1,2 and 3 games and i’ve had it since its come out with no faults as of yet now if i had an xbox i’d have to pay for online gaming and repair it or buy a new one 4 or 5 times within the same time. So what makes poeple choose xbox over PS?

I am a ps3 fan hate Xbox360 and its ugly looking controller which i cant use, who made that? someone drunk im guessing. send your comments
Ps3 much more powerful and eventhough it doesn't have a great selection of games, still has some of the best games out. Take Uncharted 2, its won more awards than any xbox games, even more than the shitty and overated Halo franchise. All xbox has going is Xbox live and gears, which is a dieing franchise anyway. The best 360 game (mass effect 2) is coming to ps3, so it looks like a crappy future for xbox owners.
Ps3 is better than xbox why I say cos xbox don't have metal gear solid one of ps3 best games ever, wait but xbox have gears of war more like gears of gayyyyy lool and I'm king ola and you have to rate the free internet one the ps3 hahahah
Not gona go into much detail abiut this! I got both consels and ps3 simply beats the xbox in terms of spec blu ray etc. But xbox kinect is ridicoulases cool. Not got but just fun.
looks like alot of people prefure the ps3 over the xbox, and the kindal thingy seems to be a desprite attempt to try catch the ps3 when the most simple thing they would have to do is build consoles that work for more than a year, and offer there online play for free. and in my mind fix up the controller.
im an xbox fan and theres noway uncharted franchise which is only 2 games beat halo franchise which has 5 games, xbox is more enjoyable and has a better selection of games, you cant use paying to go online as a excuse cmon are we that broke its like £35 for a year and the ps3 graphic is only slighter better so i don't know why ppl are over exaggerating.

that £35 a year is still money for a new call of duty or fifa game, hey im a student. dont need to be paying for a online service which you already have to pay your internet provider. so if you paying virgin or bt whoever 20pounds plus a month, plus line rental for the phone line sometime, plus the xbox 35pound online fee, why? just a bump for more money.
yh but the 35 pounds is just a one off payment it not like it is a monthly fee you have to pay and i think that is just a small price to pay seeing as xbox live is better than psn.
